Turnkey Consulting

Some Trips You Don’t Take Alone

We understand your goals and challenges — because we’ve been there. Our team includes former CDOs of organizations like St. Baldrick’s Foundation who have raised hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations like yours.

We put that experience to work to help you strategize, troubleshoot, execute, and successfully mobilize volunteers and fundraisers.

Our consultants have a process. It is not magic. It’s just work. It looks like this.

  • Discovery
  • Recommendations
  • Execution
  • Analysis

The magic is applying the years of experience to your unique set of challenges and opportunities. The magic is helping you avoid stubbing your toe because years ago, we already lived through that. The magic is the accumulation of the experiences of hundreds of clients into our experience basket and using it to help your organization and you.
